The results were spectacular!
In the Auto-Ignition test, it was confirmed that FORMULA-8 can withstand temperatures over 800°F/450°C in oxygen applications. In the Mechanical Impact test, it was confirmed that FORMULA-8 can withstand a pressure limit over 3000psi in oxygen applications without a hint of reactivity.

| The ASTM G 72-82 auto-ignition temperature-rise criteria is 20°C (36°F). No auto-ignitions were observed for Sample 5 up to 450°C (842°F). However, rapid temperature increase was observed at 420°C (788°F) for Sample 5. The temperature increase was 9°C (16°F) and the pressure increase was 0.29 MPa (42psi) for Sample 5. | |||||
